अ) किमान आवश्यक शैक्षणिक पात्रता
इन्स्टिट्यूट ऑफ कंपनी सेक्रेटरीज ऑफ इंडियाचे सहयोगी सदस्यत्व
ब) पात्रता नंतरच्या कामाचा अनुभव आणि खाली वेतनश्रेणी:
2022-23 या आर्थिक वर्षात किमान हजार कोटींची उलाढाल असलेल्या सूचीबद्ध कंपनी* किंवा कंपनीत सचिवीय कार्ये आणि क्रियाकलाप हाताळण्यासाठी उमेदवारास पात्रता-पश्चात कामाचा किमान 13 वर्षांचा अनुभव असावा.
सरकारी/सार्वजनिक क्षेत्रातून अर्ज करणार्‍या उमेदवारांना पुढील निम्न वेतनश्रेणीत किमान एक वर्षाचा अनुभव असणे आवश्यक आहे, म्हणजे रु. IDA वेतनश्रेणीसाठी अर्ज केलेल्या पदापेक्षा कमी वेतनश्रेणीत काम करत असावे. 80,000-2,20,000. हे सरकारी/ CPSE मध्ये समान वेतनश्रेणीत किंवा अर्ज केलेल्या पदापेक्षा जास्त काम करणाऱ्या उमेदवारांना लागू होणार नाही.
*सूचीबद्ध कंपनी म्हणजे NSE/BSE वर सूचीबद्ध केलेली कंपनी किंवा दोन्ही.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS REGARDING EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
सर्व पात्रता UGC मान्यताप्राप्त भारतीय विद्यापीठ / UGC मान्यताप्राप्त भारतीय डीम्डमधून असणे आवश्यक आहे विद्यापीठ किंवा AICTE मान्यताप्राप्त स्वायत्त भारतीय संस्था / संबंधित वैधानिक परिषद (जेथे लागू असेल)/तंत्र शिक्षण मंडळ.
SCALE OF PAY, PROBATION AND EMOLUMENTS
निवडलेल्या उमेदवारांना किमान कंपनीच्या नियमांनुसार प्रोबेशनवर ठेवले जाईल खालील वेतनमान:

SELECTION PROCESS
a) Selection process consists of Personal Interview.
b) The management reserves the right to add, modify or delete any test, as the case may be,
to the selection process.

Candidates are required to take a printout of the application and fill the details in clear
legible handwriting. After that the candidates are required to attach self-attested copies of
the following:

In case the candidate has not got Diploma/Degree/Post Graduation certificate then provisional Diploma/Degree/PG Degree certificate needs to be submitted. Non-submission of Diploma/Degree/Post Graduation certificate may lead to rejection of the application |
| 3 | Work Experience | a) For Past employment: i) Experience letter The submission of experience letter indicating the date of joining as well as relieving is compulsory for all the past employments which the candidate is mentioning in the application form. In case experience letter from any of the past employers is not submitted, it may lead to rejection of the application even if the candidate has submitted experience letter for establishing minimum years of work experience. So candidates are advised to ensure that the experience letter indicating the date of joining and relieving is attached for all the past employment details mentioned in the application form. b) For Current employment i) Proof of date of joining – Offer letter showing the date of joining mentioned by the candidate in the application form OR Appointment letter showing the date of joining mentioned by the candidate in the application form OR Offer letter/Appointment letter where date of joining is not mentioned along with any other document issued by the employer (including pay slip / identity card) where date of joining is clearly mentioned. ii) Proof of continuity of present employment – Latest Pay slip. Non-submission of the documents mentioned above may lead to rejection of the application. |
| 4 | Caste certificate [SC/ ST / OBC (NonCreamy Layer)] / Income and Asset Certificate (EWS) | Caste certificate [SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)]/Income and Asset Certificate (for EWS category) issued by the Competent Authority in the prescribed format. The prescribed format of certificates is available at https://www.mrpl.co.in/careers. Nonsubmission of caste certificate/ Income and Asset Certificate may lead to rejection of the application. |
| 5 | PwBD certificate | Candidate belonging to Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) category shall submit the PwBD certificate issued by the Competent Authority. The prescribed format of certificate is available at https://www.mrpl.co.in/careers. Only candidates having not less than 40% of relevant disability are eligible to be considered under PwBD as per the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016. Nonsubmission of PwBD certificate may lead to rejection of the Application. |
